Colour correction is a process of correcting previously coloured hair. 

It is also considered an extreme change in someone's hair colour, like lightening dark hair. 

It may require removing previous colour from the hair, lightening dark hair or correcting uneven colour. 

Hair that has been coloured with Box colour or using supermarket products will be unpredictable and we are unable to take any responsibility for the outcomes or condition of the hair as these products can contain ingredients that can react with our colour and products.

The cost and time needed to perform a colour correction can be unpredictable as every hair varies due to the specific nature and current conditions of the hair. Additional visits may be required depending on how much we need to colour-correct the hair. The condition and health of the hair is our main priority and we can only estimate how many visits the colour-correction can take once we access the hair in person.
